Nathan Bode, CPANathan Bode, CPA

Nathan graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS in Accounting and Finance. He later completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Minnesota with a focus in Finance. He passed all parts of the CPA exam on the first attempt.

Nathan worked for over 20 years at Fortune 500 companies, including at Cargill for over 12 years in various IT and project management leadership roles. His focus during his career has been helping companies implement financial and accounting systems. Prior to working at Cargill, Nathan worked as an independent consultant assisting companies with their accounting systems. His clients included ING, Thrivent, Freddie Mac, and other financial services companies.

Nathan has held an active Minnesota real estate license since 2007, helping clients find their first home and owning investment property. He currently serves as Secretary of the Board for Yinghua Academy, a Minnesota public charter school with a focus on Chinese immersion. He lives in northeast Minneapolis with his wife and two kids.


Chris Andryski, CPAChris Andryski, CPA

Chris is the founder and operator of Minnesota Financial Solutions, LLC. He is a CPA, an MBA and has been involved with the MN Capital Seed Network, which helps screen business plans for Venture Investors. He has served on the board of Minnesota Entrepreneur, Inc. MEI is a non-profit organization which helps facilitate small business growth in the state of Minnesota.

He was featured in the October 2001 edition of Venture Magazine and on the cover of the fall 2001 edition of Entrepreneurial Notes for placing second in a business-consulting contest. He has also appeared on the local cable TV show “Off the Record” to discuss both President Bush and President Obama tax and economic policy. Chris can be heard as a guest on various radio shows in the Twin Cities to discuss economics, finance and tax law and is asked to speak, on occasion, to various business groups on issues related to finance, tax and economics.

In the winter of 2007, Chris testified in front of Minnesota House and Senate Committees regarding lending legislation. Chris also met with authors of the bills that changed the shape of the Minnesota lending laws going forward. Chris is active as a member of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and Burnsville Chamber of Commerce’s Government Relations Committee and a member of the National Write Your Congressman organization.

The early years of his life were spent traveling throughout Europe as he grew up in the town Heidelberg, Germany. He is fluent in German & has visited virtually every country in Europe.

After high school graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army from 1991 – 1994 as an infantryman. He attended basic training in Ft. Benning, Ga. After basic training, he served a one year tour near the DMZ in the Republic of Korea. He then finished his enlistment back at Ft. Benning, Ga.

Upon completion of his enlistment in the Army, he used the GI bill to finance 100% of his college education. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas in December 1997 with a BA in accounting. During college, he also successfully sold Bank products for TCF Bank for 3 years. In November, 1998, he sat for the CPA examination. He passed all four parts on the first attempt, while achieving some scores in the mid 90’s. In 2002 he finished up his Masters degree. Chris has public accounting experience with an emphasis in Business and Individual taxation. He also has exposure to small business financial consulting. Because of his expressive personality and broad experiences, Chris has the ability to relate to various types of individuals. Chris resides in the Twin Cities with his family.
